✨ Lip Gloss & Beauty Products
For hygienic and safety reasons, all lip glosses and beauty products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened cosmetic items.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.
✨ Waist Trainers
We accept returns and exchanges for waist trainers within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is:
• Unworn
• Unstretched
• Unwashed
• In original packaging
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
If the waist trainer shows any signs of wear, we cannot approve the return for hygiene reasons.
Sizing Exchanges:
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 7 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the waist trainer, we will ship the new size.
✨ Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved waist trainer returns or for damaged/incorrect items.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
